Whoopi Goldberg Melts Down Over Trump’s Kennedy Center Leadership: Another Liberal Tantrum

The left’s hysteria over Donald Trump knows no bounds, and this time, it’s Whoopi Goldberg throwing a fit over his influence at the Kennedy Center. During a recent episode of The View, Goldberg declared she would boycott the iconic performing arts venue until it returns to what she believes it “was supposed to be” before Trump’s leadership took effect.

Goldberg’s outburst was in response to the producers of Hamilton canceling the musical’s planned 2026 run at the Kennedy Center, citing Trump’s so-called “takeover.” Let’s be clear: what liberals call a “takeover” is nothing more than an effort to restore the Kennedy Center to its original purpose—celebrating the arts, not radical leftist political agendas.

During her meltdown, Goldberg claimed, “I understand why they did it, and I have no plans to go back to the Kennedy Center, until the Kennedy Center becomes what it was supposed to be.” But what exactly does she mean by that? For years, the Kennedy Center has been a playground for the left, where woke ideologies were pushed under the guise of artistic expression. Trump’s leadership has simply brought balance, ensuring that the venue is not hijacked by elitist liberals who demand ideological purity in the arts.

Goldberg went on to lament that “it was not a discussion” and called it “a big smack to the arts.” In reality, the Kennedy Center is now more inclusive than ever, welcoming artists from all backgrounds, including those who don’t subscribe to the radical left’s political doctrines. The arts should be a space for creative expression, not a propaganda machine for Hollywood elites who despise conservative values.

This temper tantrum from Goldberg is just another example of how out-of-touch the liberal elite has become. They believe that if an institution doesn’t bow to their ideology, it must be boycotted and destroyed. But everyday Americans aren’t buying it. Trump’s influence at the Kennedy Center ensures that art is about talent and creativity—not about checking woke diversity boxes or pandering to the latest leftist talking points.

The left’s fear of Trump’s continued impact is palpable, and Whoopi Goldberg’s rant is just more proof that they cannot handle a world where conservatives are given a seat at the table. But whether they like it or not, the Kennedy Center is for all Americans—not just the Hollywood elite. If Goldberg wants to take her boycott seriously, maybe she should leave the country altogether. Something tells us no one at the Kennedy Center will miss her grandstanding.
