President Trump signed several executive orders on his first day in office, including halting Biden-era executive orders, freezing federal hiring, promoting full-time in-person work for federal employees, and withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris climate treaty. He also issued pardons for over 1,500 supporters involved in the January 6 Capitol riot.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the inauguration "a historic day for the United States and the world," highlighting the unprecedented strength of U.S.-Israel relations during Trump's first term.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz congratulated President Trump, emphasizing the importance of a strong transatlantic relationship. He stated, "The US is our closest ally, and the aim of our policy is always a good transatlantic relationship.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer also extended his congratulations, expressing a desire to continue the "special relationship" between the UK and the U.S. He remarked, "The special relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States will continue to flourish for many years to come."

As President Trump embarks on his second term, the world watches closely, anticipating the direction of U.S. domestic and foreign policies under his leadership.
