Pictures taken during Joe Biden's first official press conference revealed a pile of papers, including photos and the names of the reporters. This called into question the "transparency" he had promised before his public speech.
After his brief remarks to reporters Thursday, Biden answered small-group questions in the room while pointing to note cards with stomached stats and talking points. He also appears to have obtained a list of the journalists and their photos so that he knows who is calling the circled numbers next to the names of the various journalists.
